It is interesting the different extremes of feelings during the holidays. Some people love it to the fullest and some people can’t take it, so they kill themselves. What is it about the holidays that make so emotion filled? So, like you said it’s about choice, but I think for people that are really depressed it’s not that easy, their brains are wired to send off these negative peptides(I’m not that smart in that area, i just read something on it, ha), so it takes time and practice. cool post, and blog : )
