The contrast between big organizations and small organizations.

It is faster for a dinghy to change direction than an ocean liner. Yet, an ocean liners makes more waves in the ocean compared to a dinghy.

The little things you do may not create a immediate change in the ocean liner; the actions you take in the dinghy are instantly visible.

The ocean liner never feels like it will ever start moving; the dinghy feels like it would never stop moving.

The leadership required for an ocean liner and a dinghy differs. You can see all your crew in the dinghy, but you have to depend on the rest of your co-captains to run the other decks for you. You can only be on one deck at one time.

So, would you rather be in an ocean liner or a dinghy?
